皮質(zhì)酮(Corticosterone)是由腎上腺皮質(zhì)分泌的一種糖皮質(zhì)激素,由促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素(ACTH)刺激腎上腺產(chǎn)生。皮質(zhì)酮通常被認(rèn)為是壓力的生物標(biāo)志物,皮質(zhì)酮的產(chǎn)生隨著壓力的增加而增加。血漿皮質(zhì)酮水平具有晝夜節(jié)律變化,皮質(zhì)酮在睡眠-覺醒周期中起重要作用。
