雌二醇(estradiol) 是由卵巢內(nèi)卵泡的顆粒細(xì)胞分泌的類固醇激素,是主要的雌激素,負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)節(jié)女性特征、附屬性器官的成熟和月經(jīng)-排卵周期,促進(jìn)乳腺導(dǎo)管系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)生,有α,β兩種類型。其代謝物是雌酮及雌三醇。雌二醇的靶器官為子宮、陰道、輸卵管和垂體。雌激素能促使細(xì)胞合成DNA、RNA和相應(yīng)組織內(nèi)各種不同的蛋白質(zhì)。β-雌二醇(17β-Estradiol)可引起促性腺激素的產(chǎn)生從而促進(jìn)排卵。
