Enzo Life Sciences:ROS-ID®活性氧/活性氮檢測試劑盒

自由基和其他活性種在許多心理和病理生理過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。自由基一旦在細胞內產生,就會破壞多種細胞成分,包括蛋白質、脂質和DNA。然而,在較低濃度下,自由基可以作為細胞信號傳導中的第二信使。

Enzo Life Sciences/欣博盛生物的ROS-ID® ROS/RNS detection kit可用熒光顯微鏡直接實時監(jiān)測活細胞中活性氧與活性氮(ROS/RNS)的產生。該試劑盒中包含三種檢測探針:NO檢測試劑(紅色,Ex/Em 650/670 nm),用于總ROS檢測的氧化應激檢測試劑(綠色,Ex/Em 490/525 nm)和超氧化物檢測試劑(橙色,Ex/Em 550/620 nm)。試劑盒內還包括陽性對照,綠膿菌素和L-精氨酸,它們分別是ROS和NO產生的常見誘導劑;陰性對照N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸和c-PTIO則分別是ROS和NO的常見清除劑。通過將三種檢測探針與一組特異性抑制劑、激活劑相結合,能夠區(qū)分超氧化物、一氧化氮和過氧亞硝酸鹽。
