螢火蟲熒光素酶mRNA (Trilink cat#L-7202)

產(chǎn)品描述

FLuc mRNA表達(dá)一種熒光素酶蛋白，該蛋白最初是從螢火蟲體內(nèi)分離出來的。熒光素酶通常用于動(dòng)物細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中的基因表達(dá)和細(xì)胞活性檢測(cè)。在熒光素底物的存在下能夠發(fā)光。

該mRNA使用Trilink公司專/利加帽法cleancap產(chǎn)生的天然的cap1帽結(jié)構(gòu)，cleancap的加帽效率較高。該mRNA具有PolyA尾巴，且經(jīng)過5-甲氧基尿苷修飾，針對(duì)哺乳動(dòng)物系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化，和天然成熟的mRNA相似。
